Shower steamers are made with very high concentrations of steam distilled essential oils for true aromatherapy benefits. No artificial fragrance oils. These shower steamers are rock hard and at a hefty 2 oz. each these steamers will last a full, long shower. And if you are careful, they can easily be used for 2 showers if you're a quick in the shower type person (just remove from the shower and allow to air dry). They are shrink wrapped in biodegradable plastic for freshness. Lavender- contains 100% lavender essential oil, which is said to calm and soothe nervous tension and relax the mind. Mint Eucalyptus- contains Peppermint and Eucalyptus essential oils. This steamer is great for sinus and cold congestion. Citrus Blast- contains Grapefruit, Lemon, and Sweet Orange essential oils which will help invigorate and wake you up. This listing is for 1 shower steamer. Shower Steamers are like bath bombs for your shower! To use, place one steamer in front of you in the shower, with you between it and the shower stream. Allow the steam in your shower to release the oils into the air to calm and sooth you as you shower. For best results, do no place steamer directly in the water stream but drip a small amount of water over the steamer to activate. Alternatively, place steamer on a soap dish or other structure closer to your head and allow water to occasionally hit it. DO NOT USE AS A BATH BOMB: because of the high concentration of essential oils, these shower steamers are not appropriate for the bath tub.
